What do you feel is the basis of your claim? The NLRB would be your first avenue and it would be through the union.

It sounds like you need to hire an attorney. Those convictions can have serious consequences on Federal Student Aid and driver's licensing.

I don't think you can do everything but sex. Touching of sex organs is still a problem, it is called sodomy.
