Kathleen Nancy Safarik Aubuchon

I've had Kathleen as my attorney for the past 15 years. I've had to use her services repeatedly because my ex thinks I'm his mommy, not his ex. Everytime he runs out of money, he takes mommy back to court to try to get more money. When we first filed for divorce, he rushed into cashing out his 401k s...o he wouldn't have to share any of those funds with me. However he never paid the early cash out penalties and he never claimed it on his taxes resulting in years of unpaid tax penalties in the thousands. So what does he do? Takes mommy back to court to try and get me to pay his late tax fees and penalties. Kathleen has handled every single one of my cases professionally and with class. I don't know who these people are that are saying she doesn't return their calls. She returned every single one of mine. And because of her thorough professional help, we have managed to repeatedly defeat my ex. Don't know what I would have done without her help. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Kathleen for being there for me case after case after case with my ex!!!! You're the BEST!!!!!

She never kept in touch always had to call to get anything. Didn't fight for what I wanted for my kids, very unprofessional, told me the CLIENT she was NERVOUS before trial. Very carless an let me get attacked verbally in the court room.. waste of money and time... Seek a different lawyer because thi...s one will do nothing for you.

I was highly disappointed in Kathleen as an attorney. We hired her on the promise that she would keep us informed, return any phone calls and encouraged us to call anytime we had a question or concern, yet never once returned any call. She also stated that she was going to make a motion for us and af...ter a month, when asked, she failed to do that even. I would never recommend her to anyone!!
