Kirk zwink would be a good attorney if he lived in a place that challenges his intellect.. Kirk thinks he is surrounded by incredibly stupid people therefore he treats them that way including his clients. Here did not properly represent me by not filling out paying the twenty five dollar fee for a tr...ial de Nuevo, nor did he call his client to tell her that the day for the fee was to be paid. The reason was it's that he forgot. Kirk's response to me his client when I went into his office to ask about the trial date was, thought you wanted the two year unsupervised probation and the SIS when I was beating the case then proceeded to scream at me at the top of his lungs that I am an adult that it was my responsibility when saying to him that this was unacceptable. I believe I paid to hire an attorney to represent me. To find the papers needing to be filed as well as either pay the twenty five or call me and have new go pay it I would have nothing on my record and now an SIS and two year probation, and got into trouble for not turning in a Satop class completion which he said he was going to provide a copy of to the court...I believe that he is lazy and deals the same cases and has people deal saying that's how the persecutor will do it and he won't deal are zwinks words. He does not have the best interest of the client at all. I have had more then one instance with him where he represented my son and screamed and hung up on me then calling back t shortly to apologize for his behavior...
