Simple misdemeanor charges, she was unprepared and asked for extension then missed the next court date so judge found daughter guilty. Reopened the case but never was prepared. Reached an agreement with the prosecutor but never filed the necessary paperwork and then missed the next court date. Had... I not been there, she would have been found guilty again. She had her phone disconnected twice, difficult to find at her office (I waited for her on numerous occasions), didn't return calls or emails. She lost paperwork that I provided her and a money order that I provided her to pay my daughter's fees according to the plea agreement. I am down her fees, my daughter's fine, 11 mos of hell and this issue is still not resolved. We have another court date tomorrow and I am still unable to contact the attorney. I will ask the prosecutor to uphold his agreement and I will have to fork out the money for fines AGAIN. I will be suing her, making a formal complaint to the bar, a request for investigation --I will pursue every legal means I can to go after her-
