Traffic Ticket Defense

My primary goal is to ensure that my clients get a fair deal so that points are kept off their license.

Under Missouri Law, if you accumulate 8 or more points on your license in an 18-month period, then your license will be suspended for 30 days. If this results in your second suspension, then your license will be suspended for 60 days. If this is over your third suspension, then you lose your license for 90 days.

If you accumulate 12 or more points in a 12-month period then your license will be suspended for one year.

Something as simple as a Careless and Imprudent driving ticket can add 2 points to your license. Excessive Speeding can add 2-3 points. Failure to Produce Insurance can add 4 points. No Drivers License can add 2 points on your first offense, and up to 6 for your third or more. Most moving violations will add 2 points on your license.

Traffic tickets are a fact of life. I make sure my clients don't end up paying for their points through suspended priveleges or higher insurance premiums.
