David refused to negotiate lesser chargers with prosecutor. He would say things that could possible help in my case then he would contradict them. He seldom kept note of specific information that could have been very helpful during the defense, leaving me to remind him of every thing he should of sai...d. With the substantial amount of years licensed, I would have thought his defense approach would have been very direct and reasonable. This guy is too laid back for a defense attorney, maybe perfect for insurance, marriage or child support.
