Biography
Hello, I am a Veteran, a former Military Police Officer and Federal Prosecutor and now engaged in the General Practice of Law. I also taught Law in Western Michigan University's Business School Graduate program as an Adjunct Professor during my tenure in the Justice Department.
nearly 40 years of a very diversified legal career, most of which was in litigation.
I am no longer an active member of the Maryland and Micihigan Bars. I became members because I lived and practiced in those states on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Great Job!
Mr. Morse has represented me and my family on several occasions (teenage traffic tickets & a rent/possession case). He has always prevailed in court and/or had traffic charges lessened by the city prosecutors involved. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a trustworthy advocate.
