Didn't respond to most emails or phone calls after paying him. Didn't appear to court hearing until I called him one hour after court was in session, then he denied his forgetting to appear., even though he never called me to state he was (supposedly) running late, and that he was at another co...urt house....why would he be elsewhere, when our court appearance was at 9:00 a.m.?! ...he showed up later, after I had phoned him. Opposing counsel objected to his reference of a statute, stating that wasn't what he initially started his statement with....he quoted a different statute. Not very impressed, and he basically took my money, then ignored my request for a refund.
