Thomas Alexander Federer

I hired this firm for a civil real estate complaint. Thomas Federer passed me off to three different underlings in his Firm. Federer failed to keep me reasonably informed, would not respond to written questions, and even failed to show up for a scheduled Court date. If I had not personally appeare...d that day and asked the Judge for a continuance, my case would have likely been dismissed. After requesting my written permission for implementing discovery and to file a notice for depositions, it still took the Firm over a year to file such a notice. This Firm is great at generating billing, but not in accomplishing adequate representation.
