Been almost a year with zero results. Have tried to get a hold of him and his assistant by phone and email. Will not return messages or emails. Extremely frustrating that I can't get a call, email, letter, smoke signal, or even an F-you from them!! If you want an attorney that will fight for you then... look somewhere else. The only reason i haven't fired them is because I can't get a hold of them!!!

First of all he overcharged me. We had a price agreed upon that was in a contract and then he tried to charge me well above that and I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice. But I did. In addition he didn't do anything in court. He literally stood there as if he didn't know what he was doing when the ju...dge would talk to him. He looked like a deer in headlights. It was actually embarrassing hearing him talk because you could tell that he has no clue. He certainly took the full retainer but I can honestly say he did absolutely zero work towards my case. Almost two years later and I run into his secretary who precedes to chastise me and call me names in public and in front of my children at a cell phone store. She should be ashamed of herself.
