Boris Ernest Graypel

My years spent working in law firms, as corporate counsel, or developing a docket as a solo practitioner have instilled in me a client-centered approach to legal practice. I enjoy developing synergistic relationships with my clients to meet their immediate needs and to better counsel them for the future. Above all else, I provide proactive and straightforward, common-sense counsel that factors in business, or personal, realities.

I am licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois, with a career focus on corporate/transactional drafting, business consulting (start-up, managerial, risk), and debt collection. I also have experience in various civil matters such as fraudulent transfers, investor disputes, and real estate litigation. I am a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law, which is where I received my J.D., along with concentration certificates in Business Transactional Law and in International and Comparative Law. I also have a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the School of Public Health at SLU, in addition to practical experience in entrepreneurship and business administration. 

I enjoy learning and am always eager to acquire new skills, network, or simply learn from another's experiences. I have many professional interests, including futures markets, international business, corporate law, hedge funds, venture capital, biotechnology, healthcare operations, and real estate investment.
