Biography
David is a trial attorney and associate of Mark Cantor at Cantor Injury Law. David graduated among the top of his class at St. Louis University School of Law and served as an editor on the St. Louis Public Law Review. While attending law school, David worked in a competing, large St. Louis law firm, handling pharmaceutical and medical-device product liability cases. David also gained practical litigation experience working as a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic at St. Louis University.
David Poe is a critical component of the successful trial team of Cantor Injury Law. He leads many files individually and works with Mark Cantor and Brian Winebright as part of a trial team to maximize our client’s financial recoveries.
David was born and raised in West St. Louis County. Prior to starting law school, he earned an Accounting degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis. He and his wife live in North St. Louis County. David is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
