Develops and negotiates commercial intellectual property agreements, non-disclosure agreements, proprietary information agreements, memoranda of understanding. Consults with organizations and delivers intellectual property protection and export compliance solutions.

Performs research, interprets and provides guidance and counsel on trade regulations and company procedures including strategic advice on the impact of Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Develops and implements business processes to ensure that business operations are within applicable export regulations. Advises on jurisdiction determination process. Drafts ITAR matter under review disclosure letters and other correspondence with Dept of State.
