Biography
I have been in private practice almost exclusively in the area of bankruptcy law for 25 years. I also was a law CLerk for an Illinois Supreme Court Judge for 15 months after completing law school at Washington University School of Law in St, Louis, MO. in 1983. I also worked as a trial attorney for the United States Trustee for the Eastern District of Missouri from 1989-1992.
I have represented debtors, creditors, individuals, corporations and a municipality in my private practice. Also, I have filed probably 1,000 chapter 7 cases and 1,000 chapter 13 cases, as well as numerous chapter 11's and one municipal bankruptcy (Chapter 9).
