Susan Cho Figenshau

I hired Susan Cho for my Green card process. It was fine till we hit the flood of July 2007 when every one's employment based immigration case became current. I wanted her to file my I-485 as soon as possible since she had already done the labor and I-140. She told me since her case load was high she... could not find the time to do my case. I was left high and dry at a critical time (the priority dates retrogressed the next month and have still not caught up) and had to file another immigration lawyer at a very short notice. Needless to say I felt betrayed and hence the minimum marks for trust worthiness. She was always thorough and polite otherwise.
