Nelson Darin Nolte

Nelson is experienced in matters of litigation, business law and intellectual property law including agreements, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and domain name disputes.  His technical expertise within patent law is electrical, mechanical, and computer software inventions.

Before joining Polster Lieder in 2001, he was an associate at Wallenstein & Wagner, Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois.  He also has experience in tool design and computerized numerical control programming with Owens-Brockway Glass, Inc., and with the manufacture of semiconductor spin-coat processing equipment.

Nelson has substantial expertise in successfully representing clients’ interests in federal courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. Copyright Office.
