This attorney represented my brother in a criminal case and my family was highly disappointed with this attorney and his poor communication. He often didn't communicate at all and wouldn't return phone calls. He didn't get depositions from all witnesses, even after being told there were other witne...sses. He failed to prepare my brother enough for trial, only spending about an hour with him. Told him to show up to pre-trial hearing and neither this attorney nor the judge showed up. This attorney failed to make proper arguments during trial to combat the prosecutions story, which tells me he wasn't prepared. There were several lies on the witness stand put on by the prosecutions witnesses, but because this attorney wasn't prepared he had no defense. That being said, this attorney has said he would go see my brother in jail to keep him up to date, after trial, to tell him how he plans to move forward and has yet to see him and it's been over a month. My mother has requested documents from this attorney and was told that she would get them without any mention of payment. Two weeks later, the attorney sends message through to my brothers girlfriend that my mom will only get the documents, if she pays this attorney more money. This attorney obviously is in the business to make money and not to help people. All that said, when I called this attorney the last time, asking him how much it would take to get the documents my mom had requested, he gave me a few different figures and when I asked him why he became an attorney, I was told to shut up and give him respect. Talk about ego. If you use this attorney, don't plan on him caring about you or your family.
