Jennifer Judith Finley

Jennifer formed her own law firm in March 2014 after practicing law for 28 years in partnerships with other lawyers. During her law career, she has always represented injured people who have sustained injuries as a result of automobile accidents, dangerous products, dangerous conditions on property and employees who have been injured at work. Jennifer was born in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, but her family moved to the St. Louis area when she was a child. She graduated from Kirkwood High School in 1976. Jennifer loved the Chicago area, so she returned to attend college at Northwestern University, and graduated in 1980 with a degree in History. About Jennifer After graduating from Northwestern, Jennifer worked as a legal assistant for a large St. Louis City law firm. After two years, she began her legal studies at St. Louis University School of Law, and graduated in 1986. Jennifer has raised three children while juggling a full-time career in the law. She has always represented injured people who have sustained injuries as a result of automobile accidents, dangerous products, dangerous conditions on property and employees who have been injured at work. Some of Jennifer’s professional and civic accomplishments include service as president of the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis (including prior board member, vice-president, president-elect, and past-president). She is also the past president of the Missouri Lawyers Trust Account Foundation. She is a current member of The Missouri Bar, The Bar Association of Greater St. Louis, The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The Mound City Bar and The Lawyers Association. She was an Instructor for the legal assistant program at the St. Louis Community College at Meramec. Jennifer is admitted to practice law in all Missouri Courts. She has tried dozens of personal injury cases to jury verdict in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County. In addition to her trial practice, she practices administrative law before the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation. Through it all, Jennifer has given a compassionate ear to her clients, as well as her passionate voice for their cause. Jennifer has an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell (which indicates superior professionalism and ethics in the legal field.)
