Gerald Robert Gardner

Gerald Gardner is a Missouri Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has provided clinical diagnosis, therapies (individual, couples, group and family), treatment services, consultation and executive leadership for over twenty (20) years. He brings his clinical expertise to remediate and more effectively handle all cases and especially those involving business, family/domestic and third-party disputes. He is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution professional and brings his expertise in business, human behavior and problem solving to his roles as mediator and arbitrator in court-related and private party disputes. He also has a Master of Education degree in General Counseling. Mr. Gardner owned his own business providing business start-up assistance and on-going goods and services comprised of graphics services, promotional and intellectual property development and general business growth and development consultation.

This wide range of experiences and expertise - along with applied legal education and experience - allows Mr. Gardner to know and understand an extensive field of areas impacting upon a variety of legal issues presenting upon clients.
