Randall John Reinker

Mr Reinker took retainer in late 2012, but failed to file the unlawful detainer he represented in writing he would file. On the day of hearing two months later, the judge called him out and Reinker abandoned the hearing, forfeiting the unpaid rent I was entitled to in favour of a compromise agreemen...t on possession only. After the hearing date (which I did not attend) Reinker failed to advise me what had occurred. After three days of emailing him, Mr Reinker finally advised me the judge was not happy with the out of date documents I had filed four months earlier and that compromise was the only option on the day. When I directed him to his email telling me he was updating the application two months earlier and asked him if he had done so, he sent me a nasty response telling me not to contact him. I'M GLAD TO PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION OF THIS TO ANYONE WHO DOUBTS IT. THE MOST DAMNING EVIDENCE IS THE EMAILS FROM MR REINKER
