Brian David Klar

After speaking with several attorneys following my job loss, I was debating about whether I wanted to deal with the expense and emotional energy involved in pursuing a case against my former employer. I will be forever grateful that a friend referred me to Brian. He was very thoughtful and thorough... in talking through the pros and cons of my hiring him and pursuing legal action in general. I did hire him and he was wonderful. He kept me very informed every step of the way, while also reminding me that I had hired him and that included letting him handle the stress of the situation. Given some of the other circumstances in my life at that point (cancer treatment being the big one), it was very helpful to be working with an attorney who saw me as a person and not just a client and acted accordingly. After a few exchanges, I had absolute faith that Brian would get the best resolution possible and he did, while also shielding me as much as he could from the unpleasantness and stress that is often part and parcel of legal action. I was very fortunate in that the whole process took about three months and did not end up in court. I would unequivocally recommend Brian to anyone looking for a lawyer in his designated specializations.

I have worked with Brian Klar for many years. He has assisted me with a car accident with injury, which we had to file suit and we were awarded. He has also assisted me with post divorce issues such as joint credit card debt, most of which I did not owe according to the divorce decree & Brian took ...care of that almost painlessly for me. He is not overpriced he is very considerate and understanding with the situation. He has a lot of knowledge with the law with any questions you may have. He does everything in his power to make sure you have a good outcome with the case I personally was looking at a case that was pretty bad that I got and so far I am very pleased with the outcome like I said I would highly recommend him to anybody who has came into any legal issues. I was referred to Brian by a friend. I needed to retain someone rather quickly and called his office. I was able to speak with him and set an appointment. He is professional in all aspects. He kept me up to date on my case and stood his ground for me. I am an engineer who hired Attorney Brian Klar to represent my injuries. Unfortunately, the firm is understaffed at the moment. I would have appreciated them simply declining to take my case instead of dealing with the way my case is currently being handled, but there is no turning back now. In ...April, I was informed by Brian Klar's office that they had all the documentation needed to send a demand letter for my case. I requested an outline of the components to ensure the documentation was accurate. Brian Klar and his office refused to provide this information initially, until it became clear that they had not obtained the complete set of documentation for my case. It is August now, and it has been weeks since the second time they claimed to have gathered all the correct documentation for my case. I have only heard from office assistants and clerks who apologize for the lack of updates justified by a lack of staffing at the moment. I have left multiple messages requesting to speak directly with Brian Klar himself and had no success. Instead of being upfront about their inability to represent my complete and holistic injuries, this firm agreed to take my case. Now, I am hoping that they have enough time and resources simply to see my case through to the end. While their intentions may seem genuine, I would not recommend burdening this law firm with your services as they are currently overwhelmed and under staffed. (will update review if my experience changes)
