No, the car is not property of the estate.
Isn't fraying of the carpet on the edges, normal wear and tear? Especially if cheap and old carpet? Shaggy carpet too.

It is "on the street" until the deputy returns it non est or served.
However, summons expire in a set numbers of days/week. In MO, 30 days.
