Vacating the discharge is an extreme remedy as it annihilates the reason you went to bankruptcy: to get a discharge of any enforcement of your debt...
In the state of texas can a debit collector garnish your wages if you have not made a payment???

A garnishment can only occur after a judgment has been taken: collectors often threatened garnishment even though the paperwork hasn't been done...
