My bank account has a lean or levy but they took money that was not there and now they have in money terms bounced my account

A garnishment can only take real money.
The bank, however, can charge fees when it bounces checks because the real money is gone.

I converted my Chap 13 into a 7 and my debt was discharged. In my 13, I reaffirmed the car and was making payments.
