Biography

Jon Jordan began his career as a law clerk for Missouri Supreme Court Justice Ronnie L. White. Before opening his own firm, Jon worked five years for a large St. Louis-based litigation firm, where he focused on defending medical malpractice clients including doctors, hospitals, nurses, and nursing homes; defending products liability clients including automobile manufacturers, toy companies, and industrial part manufacturers, and litigating other forms of personal injury cases including catastrophic automobile accidents.

Jon now uses the skills he acquired by representing large corporations to seek justice for those who have been injured.

Professional Activities

Jon has successfully negotiated numerous settlements in his clients' favor; successfully litigated both jury and bench trials; and pursued justice through appeals to the highest State courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jon is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and Hawaii and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois.

Education

Jon earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. He served on the Board of Advocates, the International Moot Court Team, and the editorial board of the Missouri Law Review. Jon was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and received the Judge L. F. Cottey Award for Excellence in Oral & Written Advocacy, the William M. Howard Award for Best Work in Legal Research & Writing, and the Thomas E. Deacy, Jr. Prize in Advocacy.

He earned his MBA from University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2000 after completing an International Business residency in China.
