During my divorce I "the father" was trying to get some sort of custody of my daughter. The mother pretty much brainwashed my daughter into saying I molested my daughter 10 years prior and of course that eliminated any chance of getting custody. It's called the "The silver bullet in divorce". The m...other wanted to take it one step farther and make sure I spent the rest of my life in jail for something that never took place. The mother created a web of lies that included dfs, abuse counselors and 4 different doctors and other people. The mother manipulated the system to the point I got arrested and charged with 16 felony counts of incest, rape and sodomy. The mother somehow through fear and indoctrination had my daughter say many disgusting things that just were not true at all. Because so many different people were involved the stack of paperwork Tj Hunsaker had to go through was enormous and complex. The web of lies and manipulation my ex created took me well over 120 hours of hard work just understand what I was up against. Tj tells it like it is, he is up front, thorough and easy to talk with. He took the time to understand that web of lies and when it came for depositions, he destroyed the person trying to put me in jail. The prosecuting attorney dropped all charges against me soon after the deposition. The thing about my case is that it takes someone who cares about what they do for a living, Tj takes his profession very serious because if he didn't, I would be in jail right now for something I didn't do and for something that never took place.
