OUTCOME: Dismissal of Theft and Tampering and a Suspended Imposition of Sentence on the Burglary.

Client was charged in two separate cases. Second Degree Burglary and Theft in the first and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the other. There was video evidence in the first case and at least one eyew ... itness in both. I fought hard to get two of the three charges dismissed and we agreed to a SIS probation on the final charge. My client had no prior criminal record and if the client successfully completes probation, then the remaining charge will be removed from client's record.
