Hello and thank you for visiting my Avvo profile. Contemplating what will happen to you in the event of death or disability can be stressful. You must make difficult decisions concerning your finances, family and perhaps business enterprises.
As a St. Louis Estate Planning and Probate Administration Attorney, I work with you to navigate these difficult decisions and plan for tomorrow's uncertainties.
Depending on a client's situation, I prepare wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives (sometimes referred to as "living wills.")
I also represent clients involved in the administration of a probate estate. This entails transferring ownership of a deceased person's assets to their heirs or beneficiaries.
