Christopher Risler said it helped that me & my ex husband did not fight about much. However what we did argue about & went to court, Chris won for me. There were several settlement agreements, back & forth, between me & my husband. Christopher Risler noticed the major points that I would have missed.... To name just a few, the house agreement. I got the house, my ex got the mortgage payment. Chris noticed & corrected wording about if I sell the house. Now I get all proceeds. Life insurance beneficiary. My ex has to keep me as beneficiary. Chris noted & worded that has to be at same amount of coverage. Chris also did same for me health insurance coverage. He made sure my ex had to pay for current coverage & deductions for me. In addition to all of that, Christopher Risler also was able to get me his lawyer fees paid for by my ex, my 2 younger children's college fees, half of all IRA's, pensions, retirement, & social security. Plus, when my ex argued that I should get maintenaince (alimony) for only 5 years, Chris went to court & won. It is for life unless he takes me to court or I remarry. All that said, I think the best thing about Chris Risler is he never blew me off or made me feel stupid. While he was pointing out major issues, I was looking at minor ones. My ex husband's lawyer said we had one child. We had 4. His lawyer spelled that one child's name wrong & got that child's birthdate & age wrong. These things did not make a difference with the settlement, but were important to me. Christopher Risler took them seriously because it was what I asked. I will refer him to everyone.
