Vincent Matthew Keil

Mr. Keil's practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the chemical, life sciences and related fields, both in the United States and abroad. His client counseling responsibilities regularly require him to render assessments regarding patentability, patent enforcement, freedom-to-operate and other intellectual property issues.  His experience includes obtaining patent protection for innovations in chemical engineering process design and control, catalysis, material separation, energy recovery, waste treatment, pharmaceutical synthesis and agricultural chemicals and methods.
