There are hundreds of attorneys to choose from, do NOT choose Dave Berwin if you want a professional experience. The constant follow-up he required was absolutely ridiculous when that is what I hired him for, so I did not have to spend all of my time and effort constantly e-mailing and calling to see... if things are getting done as promised. You will be left out of the loop and then yelled at when he forgets to do things and makes mistakes. He was extremely unprofessional, tardy, forgetful (which is bothersome when handling time sensitive information/documents), rude (when he was the one making mistakes), arrogant, so disorganized, so on and so fourth. Do you ever expect to hear your attorney say, "I forgot"? I could go on for an hour about my horrible experience with him, but hopefully this is enough so that no one else has to go through with what I went through with him. He definitely does not deliver - but does talk and talk and talk, and you will waste your time with his run-around b.s. and be more stressed than necessary. Attorneys are a dime a dozen today, do not get stuck with him, you will regret it.
