I went to Mr Phillips years ago. i was suppose to get a suspended sentence. From what he explained to me that meant it will not show up on a background check. well it does so i called to ask him wgy and he is avoiding me. wont answer ny calls when he did answer he told me to call him the next day and... of course hr didnt answer n wont call me back. doing the situation he was not helpful at all i could have done what he did all on my own. my advise dont pay for sonethibg u can do yourself.

Phi, was recommended through a third party's list, with Phil being the last on that list. If it wasn't for the other attorney's having schedule issues, I may have not ended up in prison for 5 years. Phil never kept me informed and disregarded my input. Come trial time he was horrible and unprepared, ...as I was just another one of his cases to keeping it simple as he does with all of his cases.
