Biography
I represent individuals, families and small businesses. The vast majority of my practice involves personal injury and workers compensation matters. Personal Injury litigation is a broad term that is best defined as recovering damages for people when their injuries were caused by the negligence of others.
Outside of the law office, I try to stay active in community organizations, but frankly due to family and business commitments, such as my involvement with the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys to protect the rights of my clients in this State, these groups have taken a back seat in recent years. In the past, I have participated in the MATA/ Red Cross Disaster related legal Services task force (co-chair 2010) and the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
When not at the office, Mike enjoys spending his time playing racquet sports, fly fishing, bird hunting, hiking and skiing.
