I think NOT!

Not sure she cared about me or my case so I felt compelled to write a letter to the judge and court myself. And 1 week before the court appearance she dropped me as a client. She did me a favor and saved myself some cash.

This attorney office provided poor service to my family. Poor communication, work plagued with errors. Reactive legal consulting. The guidance provided by her and her communication led to assets being lost from our estate. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone!

Worst Attorney Ever!!!

Ms Hall was hired in a probate matter after a referral. Because of her failure to provide written instructions, her failure to communicate or do anything to protect the assets and estate, the house was lost in foreclosure. After the house was foreclosed, Ms Hall, did absolutely nothing to attempt to... redeem the house until confronted by heirs to the estate. The only information provided by Ms Hall was excuses and documented conflicting stories. She also acknowledged having no knowledge in reference to the foreclosure laws and apparently has no knowledge in probate matters. Ms. Hall not only cost the heirs the loss of a large portion of the estate, but also, the contents of the house, the expense of hiring a foreclosure attorney, and the expense to hire a new attorney to handle the probate matter she dropped the ball on!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
