It had been a while since I'd had anything to do with the justice system and/or a lawyer. I was concerned and a little frightened. Kathleen made all appointments very comfortable, from the initial explorative appointment through the court date. When I called, she always got back to me promptly. W...hen I had a question, she was able to answer it or promptly find the answer if she was uncertain. Her manner was at all times professional, but she was also very kind in her demeanor and totally accessible. She did the work I needed done in a more than reasonable time and did so in a manner, personal and professional, for which I was thankful.
