David Joseph Page

DAVID J. PAGE received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2003 from Saint Louis University, John Cook School of Business. Mr. Page received his J.D. from Valparaiso School of Law located in Valparaiso, Indiana in 2006. He returned to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri upon graduation from law school. Mr. Page was admitted to the Missouri bar in 2006 and the Illinois bar in 2007.  Additionally, Mr. Page is licensed in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri. He is a member of both the Missouri and Illinois bar associations, the CLLA, and is listed on multiple prestigious law lists, including The Forwarders’ List of Attorneys and The General Bar.

Mr. Page has practiced extensively on behalf of creditors throughout the entire State of Missouri and Southern Illinois.  Mr. Page has also been involved in federal litigation representing various clients for violations of the Communications Act and Cable & Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act, resulting in multiple six-figure judgments for his clients. He has   tried dozens of bench and jury trials to verdict resulting in favorable outcomes for his clients, whether it be a defense verdict or a money judgment for his clients as a plaintiff’s attorney.  Mr. Page has specializes in post-judgment execution and collection of money judgments, including real estate levies, bank and wage garnishments and liquidation of assets.
