Bill has considerable experience handling personal injury and worker's compensation claims through mediation, arbitration and litigation. Bill also assists as local co-counsel in Franklin County cases for attorneys who typically practice outside of this venue.
Bill graduated from the University of Missouri- Columbia in 1985 with a B.S. in Economics, and went on to get his J.D. at Washington University School of Law in 1988. Bill was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1988, and the Illinois Bar in 1989, and has actively practiced law since. He has also been admitted to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, The US Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, and the US Tax Court.
Bill is an active member of the YMCA in Washington, but often spends the Summer months cycling down the Katy Trail. He also enjoys tennis and has maintained his certification with the Professional Tennis Registry since 1985. Bill has always been a loyal supporter and avid fan of his Mizzou Tigers. You'll find him cheering in the stands at Farout Field every single season.
