Is this guy still practicing law?

Mr. Briegel was suspended and placed on probation in May, 2012. He should not be allowed tp practice at all. My experience with him was one of frustration, no communication, being more worried about getting paid than representing my case. He said he would enter an appearance, took 2 weeks to do so..., as a result important filings were not met for which we could have been held in contempt. He asked for a continuance which was denied, however that was never brought to our attention, he kept claiming that the judge hadn't decided yet. We found out less than 24 hours before our hearing that we had to be there. Dan was not prepared at all, told us to sign the documents as the judge was going to decide against us anyway, we could file a counterclaim later. Dan ultimately cost me 12K in additional legal fees as I had to hire another attorney to try and clean up as much as he could as well as an additional $6K in property that I will never see again. He takes the money and does nothing for it. I asked for my $1000 back, he ignored my letters (certified) although he did return the file which we had essentially put together for him. He should be doing nothing more than fixing traffic tickets, even then I would worry about that as well. Totally unprofessiional and unethical. The plaintiffs attorney knew him well and exploited the situation.
