I have represented clients on many different types of claims for Missouri workers' compensation benefits. I have focused especially on traffic law violations which affect a person's drivers' s license. I always fight hard to protect my client's driving record, whether from DWI's, driving while suspended tickets, or any other tickets threatening their license or driving privilege. I also represent clients on a variety of felony charges of all kinds.

I have represented numerous clients on DUI/DWI misdemeanor and felony cases in Missouri courts. I always make an effort to protect my clients' driver's licenses and continued driving privileges to the best of my ability. Missouri has both criminal DUI/DWI's as well as civil loss of driving privileges separate from criminal loss of privileges for having too high a blood alcohol content or refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test. I fight hard for all my clients on both types of cases.
