Comment from Katherine Ruocco - It is regretful that this client is not satisfied. Client's calls were addressed, and were returned, unlike her comments made in the review. There were several meetings with the client that were not charged for and were provided as a professional courtesy while the client was information gathering. The client after approximately 2 years of free counsel and meetings decided to move forward with engaging our office to draft estate planning documents. The $800 fee was recorded in our accounting system in early November. The drafts were sent to the client under cover letter dated December 4. The client claims to have not received the documents, and once this message was communicated to our office by the client, the documents were promptly resent to her. Our office has been in contact with the client with regard to any edits needed to be made to the documents and the client has stated she will get back to us and has not yet done so. Our office is a bit confused as to the statements made in the review, and hopes that this client decides to tend to any outstanding legal needs, and will continue to offer excellent service at such time that she may contact us.
