Biography
I chose my practice areas in estate planning and elder law because of my work and education background. I have an M.S. in psychology and worked with Seniors diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer's as well as those with mental and physical special needs. Tucker Legal Services, LLC is rebranded from the time I first opened my doors in 1992. My first firm handled estate planning and school law issues. I remained Of Counsel for law firms while teaching school law and ethics on the university level while my own children matured, finished college and became lawyers.
Seniors and people with disabilities need extra care in estate planning. As the needs for Senior citizens changed in estate planning, my practice shifted to include the area of Elder law issues, including Medicaid planning. My main focus is helping people preserve their legacy and assets. I am an advocate for peace of mind in estate planning and elder law issues.
