Duane A. Patterson

Undergraduate at DePauw (BA 1953);  MIlitary service with US Army Counter Intelligence Corps in CONUS and Far East commands;  employed by and represented Union Electric Company (1958-1962) and then with others represented that company as outside counel in matters before the United State Court of Appeals and the Supreme Courtof the United States (1963-1965); employed by INTERCO as Assistant General Counsel (1963-1965), then as Secretary and Counsel and member of the Board of International Shoe Company, a division of INTERCO (1966-1972), then back to corporate INTERCO in 1973 and thereafter served for various periods as Corporate Secretary, Vice President and member of the Board of Directors until retirement in 1996
