Contacted a day after arrested and told him all the facts,he says to get name's + numbers of Witnesses should be no problem quote me a price $3-3500, I give him $1500 and tell him I'll work on getting the witnesses addresses and numbers it was only person there i didn't get a receipt? 2 Days Later sh...ow up give the list eyewitnesses info to his secretary he's not there.the next month-and-a-half received one letter saying haven't heard nothing yet then I get a call saying the state filed charges,sign language show up give his wife 3000 she asked if discuss the price I told her yes she goes back to his office comes back out informs me I have two charges it's going to be $8,000 and I need to get a list of witnesses would I tell her I already gave them to her secretary but but she wasn't there, the office is such a wreck paper stacked everywhere well next day get a call from secretary claims I didn't give it to her.7 months later I'd paid another $3300 but his wife wasn't counting 1st $1500 claiming I owe 3300,well 1st day in court he made the cop looks like the liar he was was impressed but case gets bondover + he keeps asking for continuances on my DOR hearing. Day before DOR hearing 14 month's after arrested i meet my brother he gives him final $3200, we discusshow he's going to handleif I tell him do not put this one guy on the stand cuz I knew he was going to lie well my brother stays there after I leave following day first person he calls is the guy I told him not+he puts up 0 effort so I lose, couple days later get a letter saying I need another $6500 set alarm $10,000 / original quote, from that time on he keeps getting continuances accepted a plea bargain not knowing I was there that day and I had told him from day 1 there's no way I'm pleading guilty to something I'm innocent, but he said you were going against the good old boys and I clearly see he's one of.2 years and 8 months after I was charged originally I accept a plea bargain knowing he's not going to do anything soon as I accept month-and-a-half later he withdrawal as my counsel. 5 half years later I'm out at least 35000 and still having to deal with probation and parolewithout a license for another five years thanks to him + the good ole boys of Jeffco.
