BEWARE OF REX BURKE

Rex Burke took my daughter's child custody case and our retainer money. He did nothing. We had a hard time getting him to return calls and then we had to obtain a different lawyer due to his lack of response. Then, no matter how many times he said he would resolve this, he never did. He took our... money and just ignored us. He never paid us back. He is not reliable or trustworthy. I would never want any of my legal battles in his hands.

Hired rex twice

Rex was an amazing attorney he helped me in a criminal case and got my sentence knocked down by a few years he also was a attorney for me in a civil case and helped me get custody of my son he stayed on his case for many months and always showed up for court dates and was very minimal in his fees and... very much an effort very much in his effort to help win the case.

Mr. Burke has been my attorney for at least 15 years. He is an excellent attorney and a very likable person. His fees are more than reasonable and he is generous in the services he provides. I have yet to meet an attorney of his moral standing. He is trustworthy and dependable and always willing... to talk and explain matters. I know he has a great deal of experience with court hearings, attorneys and judges. His knowledge goes a long way and he wastes no time on your case. Fantastic guy.

My opinion

Mr Burke has and continues to work on a civil case for me, hes been my attorney for 7 years asI read one of the stories that was written, it isnt Mr. Burkes fault your paperwork didnt make it to court its yours, I always make 3 copies, 1 for me, one for him, and one for the court, you are not the onl...y persons paperwork he has to keep track of, also he is not costly and I believe that he continues on for me with very little payment due to the fact he knows I am being done unjust!!!! Mr. Burke doesnt talk a lot, but when he does look out, because he is very calculated, I personally think Mr. Burke is a terrific lawyer you cannot blame one man for a system full of feet draggers!!!!!

Not very good. Lost a case that should have been a lock. Didnt even have evedence that was given to him

Lost case due to lack of ??? We had witnesses, Photo's, statements from the health Dept confirming. And he showed up to court with nothing. And I mean NOTHING!! and wasn't even informed when i was being counter sued. Coasted me $3700.00
