Attorneys sometimes have a bad reputation for chasing a buck, but this guy is NOT one of them. I consulted for an out of state expungement and Mr. Lauterjung clarifed the public and private information available in today's world of technology and gave me clear direction that did NOT result in a n...ew client for himself. He was honest and informing and made me wish I would have found him years ago when the misdemeanor charge was put on me and later unfounded with a supervision plea. Of the many things I learned from the original horrible experience was that the legal system (and everyone involved) have to process the situation as you are an automatic criminal until proven guilty, instead of our promised rights of being innocent until proven guilty.
