Mark was very good and thorough with our estate planning. He understood the complexities we brought to the process and made sure we understood everything along the way as we developed a plan that was ours and not a boilerplate that he thought would be what we needed. The attention to detail and the u...se of checklists to help us, as well as his staff to keep track of those details, was helpful as we completed all the steps to a successful plan. He asked questions that helped us better understand what we needed to keep first in importance and help him understand our objectives. He provided us with a way to stay abreast of the changes that will occur as time goes on.
