In three words,,,what a joke. He did not listen to me. He was obviously not prepared for court, but charged me like he was. He asked my ex ridiculous questions that proved nothing. Even a simple email cost me, yet at the start he said quick emails were free of charge. He was also very friendly with ...the opposing attorney. All he cares about is collecting easy money. I switched attorneys and easily won my case against me ex. However, Curtis Martin had done damage that could not be undone prior to my new attorney. Look elsewhere.

hired him to represent me in a divorce case.told me incorrect time to be at courthouse.ex awarded everything in default.then he would ignore phone calls and refuse to respond or reset court date.from that point it was obvious he was more interested in his friendship with opposing attorney than he wa...s in my interests.opposing attorney was ex wifes uncle.also failed to communicate my rights.ended up studying civil law at local library and endedup winning custody of my son.hiring Curtis was a waste of time and money.i question his intelligence.i wouldn't recommend hiring him to represent my dog.
