Unfortunately, not all doctors accept Medicaid. From what you've stated here, I don't see why you believe there was any racial discrimination.

I agree with Mr. Harkess. He is likely still having taxes withheld. Whether or not this affects his bankruptcy is unclear.

"Comercial motor vehicle" is defined in the Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/6-500(6).
