What you can do when you appear in court is tell the judge you want a continuance to hire a lawyer.

Yes an officer can issue tickets in this situation, as you just experienced. Whether or not they will stick is another matter.

Hire an attorney to stall out the case until the supervision is over and to help you with the reckless driving, a serious charge.

The city sent them to whatever address matched up with her registration card (for license plates). That is the only way they would’ve known who...

How can I get my license at 18 if I got a driving without a license ticket at 16?

If you are convicted of driving without a license, you won't be able to get one until you are 18. But you can't get a CDL until you are 18 either.

First of all, you have to be eligible for full reinstatement in Illinois. Then you obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation no more than 6 months old....

Contact the clerk of the court where you received the ticket. Tell them you want to give them money. They WILL help with that.
