Court requirements apply to the criminal (DUI) case. The DMV requirements are administrative (driver's license). They are completely different....
I had a dui in GA 30 years ago, would it still be on file with the state or federal goverment.

it is very possible that it would show up on the national registry even if it's no longer on GA driving record. Ask the DMV to run a PDPS.

Illinois has 47 ways your license can be suspended. At least 20 ways it can be revoked.
If you get a DUI in another state, do you have to pay BOTH states a reinstatement fee?

It's not illegal for an adult passenger to be drunk- yet. The offense is DRIVING under the influence. Get a lawyer and defend on that basis.

Maybe they have taken the quite reasonable position that their job is to treat patients not help police prosecute their patients.

DUI applies to private property. However, the statutory summary suspension would not. As far as keys in his pocket, it's a question of fact...
